Biography:

Dr. John Hecker received his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University , and his Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Regent University.  He obtained clinical training in psychology at Langley Air Force Base and at Hampton Roads Neuropsychology during his graduate studies.  He completed his predoctoral internship at the Erie Psychological Consortium with rotations at Northshore Psychological Associates, Safe Harbor Behavioral Health, and HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Erie.  He completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at Northshore Neurosciences for specialty training in Clinical Neuropsychology.  His clinical areas of specialization include neuropsychological and psychological assessment, dementia, cognitive and memory disorders, traumatic brain injury, cerebral concussion, stroke recovery, and adjustment and mood disorders.  Dr. Hecker has been a Pennsylvania Licensed Psychologist since 2012.
